John Jenkins brings to the team his formal education in marketing and finance, as well as invaluable experience in the field of Ethics and Leadership. John holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance.

He is a veteran negotiator and takes a win/win approach to problem solving. He is known for his easy going disposition and his ability to take the edge off tense situations.

John brings to his clients a wealth of skill and professionalism. Prior to entering Real Estate, John was a financial planner for 9 years. Recognized in the industry for his sound financial advice and superior service to his clients. John also has taught courses in financial planning and hosted a weekly radio talk show on: "Consumer Advocacy".

John was born and raised in Los Gatos/Monte Sereno. John’s father, Dr. Philip Jenkins, a successful dentist in the city of Los Gatos, learned from his father at a young age to appreciate the value of hard work.

John has overseen, organized and directed major remodeling of several homes for his clients. He learned much of these skills while working for his Grandfather’s construction company. "If a Realtor hasn’t personally completed a remodel, how can they comprehend, understand, and estimate the cost on a renovation?"

Active in his community, John has been in Scouting for 18 years as a Scoutmaster. John founded a non-profit group called Life Management Alumni, an organization that cleans up cities, plants trees, organizes food shelters and housing for people to empower themselves. He also spearheaded a Junior Achievement program and started a scholarship fund for local community colleges. John has volunteered his time in heading up the RSVP program for the cities of Cupertino, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara for the past 2 years. Realtor Service Volunteer Program (RSVP) is a program that promotes and supports safety in the home, providing cost-free assistance to homeowners or renters who are advanced in years, disabled, or otherwise challenged. John and Robin have also adopted a stretch of Highway 9 in Saratoga, where they pick up litter along the highway on a regular basis. "We grew up in the area and want to give back to the neighborhood and community that we love so much."

John is a member of the District Council for Cupertino/Sunnyvale/Santa Clara Realtors and sits on the Grievance Committee for SILVAR (Silicon Valley Association of Realtors). Robin sits on the Membership Committee for SILVAR.

John and Robin have taught classes for the past five years in the Master’s Program offered through Alain Pinel Realtors. These are mandatory classes all new real estate agents go through when first hired. John has consistently ranked in the top 5% of agents in the company.

Robin Jenkins grew up in Saratoga and Graduated from Saratoga High, where she was on the Swim Team. She also Graduated from West Valley College with an Interior Design Degree and studied Architecture and Design in London, Great Britain, Scotland and Wales. Robin has over 20 years of experience and knowledge from working with some of the best companies in Interior Design. Preparing and staging a home for sale is one of Robin’s greatest strengths.

Robin loves to educate her clients step by step through the real estate process. She learned the importance of this from her father, Donald Russell, who was a dedicated and loved elementary school teacher in the city of Sunnyvale for over 25 years.

Client service and high ethical standards are of the utmost importance to Robin. Robin is constantly using her problem solving skills to find the best way to handle each transaction. She offers the best service possible by learning about the latest laws and contracts through continued education, and she is very attentive to details so that each transaction goes smoothly.

Colleen Sale grew up in Campbell and Graduated from Arizona State University.

Being native to the Bay Area, she has an intimate knowledge of its many diverse communities. This expansive knowledge and understanding is further enhanced by her extensive traveling and living in Guadalajara, Mexico and Vina del Mar, Chile.

Living and traveling abroad have helped Colleen to appreciate different cultures and to adapt and react quickly and efficiently to arising unknown situations.

Giving back to others is very important to Colleen. Her love and desire to help started at a young age. Inspired by her mother, who worked in the special education department of Saratoga Union School district for over 20 years, Colleen started working as a child advocate with the county of Santa Clara several years ago and continues as a CASA to this day.

With her client’s best interests at heart, her representation skills are unparalleled. Colleen has taken her advocate skills to help her become the best negotiator possible.
